Ang tawa tawa na kilala rin sa tawag na gatas-gatas ay pinaniniwalaang nakakapagpataas ng platelet count ng mga may dengue.

Ang tawa tawa ay maaring makita sa kahit saang bakuran na may mga tumutubong halaman. Ayon naman kay Dr. Isidro Sia, direktor ng Institute of Herbal Medicine (IHM), wala pang patunay sa bisa ng tawa tawa.

Google faces 'wire tapping' case over Street View

Google could be sued for scooping up data from open wi-fi networks after a US court ruling.
A judge in San Francisco decided that the company's actions may have violated federal laws on wire tapping.
Google had tried to have the class action lawsuit thrown out, claiming that anyone could have intercepted the wireless signals.
It had previously admitted collecting the data by mistake while gathering images for its Street View service.
Since the blunder was revealed, Google has stopped its Street View cars logging wi-fi networks.

HTC smartphone profits rise 160%

 

HTC, the Taiwanese smartphone maker that has emerged as a major rival to Apple's iPhone, saw net profits rise 160% during the October to December quarter compared with a year earlier.

HTC was the first smartphone maker to use Google's Android operating system.

Help is at hand for anyone who has ever forgotten about embarrassing images they posted to a social network or website.

German researchers have created software called X-Pire that gives images an expiration date by tagging them with an encrypted key.
